Happy Birthday Judas! (No, not the person.) Released officially April 19th, 2011 but leaked on on the 15th, Judas became Lady Gaga’s second single off of her 3rd album, Born This Way. It was written by Gaga and RedOne and produced by the both of them, as well. It sparked a ton of controversy, but the song is really about “always falling in love with the wrong men and backstabbing them, of the biblical variety” and using Jesus and Judas as simply metaphors to explain this. Watch the video here to celebrate 3 years of Judas!
